Within the waves
"Staring at the small and big waves of life, perhaps all is okay,
small or big, they will come and go, rinse and repeat."

Within the waves
​The waves will continue to break apart and come together again.
It will never stop, nor will ever have an end to it, it will just continue,
just like life itself. Like the highs and the lows in life, it will keep going,
nothing will last, just as time will keep passing.
If that is the case, maybe we can just sit still, and admire these waves?
This ring is made to remind myself that life is not a wave,
but the whole ocean, and may we find a place of peace within these waves.
“Even if it is just one small breath, one short pause.”
May we admire the glistening moments within these waves,
because not one single sparkle lasts, not a single wave replicates.
There is beauty within every moment;
there is peace within each of us.
Each ooak wave ring will have a ball of smoothness within the waves,
like a droplet of water being still and at peace, all located in different spots,
because each person’s place of peace will be different.
Ripples handcarved inside the ring, as if we are looking from the inside of the ocean,
waves might be crashing from outside, but within it, waves dance beautifully with patterns of light.
No matter where you are within these waves,
may you always be able to find your place of peace within.
